Maybe its just me (although I don’t really think so), but this image of women is...  As a small business owner a huge portion of my motivation is the desire to work ‘for myself’. I’ve found this to be true in most other small business owners as well. The allure of varied hours, varied locations, no one to answer to etc was a large part of the reason we sought out... no comments I don’t know about any of y’all but winter isn’t my favorite season. I am not a huge fan of cold, I dislike gloomy skies & I detest short days.
